Pack & Send is as friendly as family and as professional and precise in their work beyond what we have become used to. but when something is so well done, it needs to be recognized. even as much as I rely on them for making choices. I couldn't have done any better.I am not one to write reviews. At one point, Leanne reached out to me letting me know that she had been in contact with the shipping company to see if there was anything more that could be done from her end to expedite the delivery! I couldn't believe it - Pack & Send followed my items all the way to my door!When everything arrived, it was so well packed and all in perfect condition - everything had been packed with care. I worked with customs and was back and forth with emails and waiting. In the end, my items were held in customs for more than two weeks. I didn't mind how long it would take to get them to me.I was kept informed as to the progress of my items, when they were packed, what I needed to provide for the shipping and customs information, and when the items were sent on their way with tracking numbers to follow the trip. My biggest concern had been getting the items out of the house before I had to leave.
I was very impressed and pleased.Next, I left for my destination, trusting that everything would make it to me eventually. I was able to speak with Leanne and she sent someone the same day to collect my items - he came and gathered the items into temporary packing boxes with such care and respect. I had a two day window to find help when I located Pack & Send. I was panicked because we were moving and I realized all of the things that I could not properly pack or take with me on the plane.
